Обеспечение необходимого уровня чистоты воздуха внутри чистого помещения обычно является наиболее труднодостижимой задачей и зависит от:
- количества загрязнений, образующихся в помещении;
- качества подаваемого в помещение воздуха;
- объема подаваемого воздуха и метода его распределения, т. е. наличия обычной (турбулентной) вентиляции или однонаправленного воздушного потока, либо их сочетания;
- поступления загрязнений из смежных помещений. При использовании изоляторов необходимо учитывать большинство этих факторов, но обычно поступление загрязнений извне изолированного объема минимизировано.
ГЕНЕРАЦИЯ ЗАГРЯЗНЕНИЙ
Для фармацевтических чистых помещений наиболее критичны микробиологические загрязнения, а источником большинства, если не всех, бактерий являются находящиеся в помещении люди. Поэтому полезно заранее знать, сколько человек будет работать в помещении, так как от этого непосредственно зависит количество воздуха, которое необходимо подать в помещение, чтобы разбавить и удалить выделяемые в воздух загрязнения, источником которых являются люди. Качество используемой в чистых помещениях спецодежды также непосредственно влияет на количество генерируемых персоналом загрязнений и, следовательно, на требуемую кратность воздухообмена.
Заметным источником аэрозольных загрязнений является технологическое оборудование. Первоочередной задачей проектировщика должно быть предотвращение распространения загрязнений путем их удаления непосредственно из точки образования, и лишь в крайнем случае вопрос решается путем удаления загрязнений уже после их распространения по чистому помещению.
Источником загрязнения могут быть и недостаточно износостойкие поверхности, истирающиеся в процессе уборки и эксплуатации.
Поступление загрязнений через дефекты в системах НЕРА-фильтров
Как в установках с однонаправленным воздушным потоком, так и в финишных устройствах приточной вентиляции используются одинаковые ячейки НЕРА-фильтров. После изготовления НЕРА-фильтры должны проходить испытания на заводе-изготовителе. Каким бы высоким ни было качество изготовленного фильтрующего элемента, его итоговая эффективность зависит от правильного обращения с ним и от качества монтажной арматуры. Необходимо предусмотреть эффективную систему уплотнения для корпусов фильтров.
Еще одним важным моментом в правильной установке финишного фильтра является обеспечение эффективного сочленения системы крепления фильтров и потолочной панели чистого помещения. Достижение герметичности в месте их соединения предотвращает попадание в помещение грязного воздуха извне, а также частиц строительных материалов, которые в противном случае могут попадать в пространство между элементами системы крепления фильтра и поверхностью стен или потолка здания.
Удаление загрязнений из помещения с помощью вентиляции методами вытеснения или разбавления
Для удаления нежелательных загрязнений из всего объема помещения используются вентиляционные системы с однонаправленным воздушным потоком, системы турбулентной вентиляции или их сочетание.
Наиболее часто возникающие при использовании устройств однонаправленной подачи чистого воздуха проблемы заключаются в негерметичности уплотнения фильтра, течах в корпусе шкафа (бокса), нарушении баланса воздушных потоков (в устройствах класса II) и ошибки при попытках встроить в используемое устройство средства для удобной проверки целостности фильтрационных систем или для мониторинга их работы
Следует также отметить, что воздушные потоки и, следовательно, чистота воздуха в турбулентно вентилируемом помещении зависит от типа воздухораспределительных устройств, т. е. решеток или диффузоров. Существует множество видов воздухораспределительных устройств, но по принципу работы их можно разделить на два типа, а именно:
- решетчатые или перфорированные воздухораспределители, направляющие воздушный поток вертикально вниз;
- лопастные или вихревые воздухораспределители различных типов, обеспечивающие хорошее перемешивание воздуха в помещении.
Для расчета объема подаваемого воздуха необходимо знать:
- минимальную кратность воздухообмена, предписываемую действующими стандартами по чистым помещениям для удаления внутренних загрязнений;
- тепловыделение внутри помещения;
- объем воздуха, необходимый для обеспечения требуемого перепада давления в системе чистых помещений.
По возможности следует отдавать предпочтение техническим решениям, предусматривающим более сложную систему мониторинга, так как расширенный набор датчиков облегчает выявление неполадок. Например, ценную информацию о работе системы чистых помещений дают измерения скорости воздушных потоков и датчики давления. Неполадки в работе таких элементов как вентиляторы, фильтры, управляющие механизмы и т. п. приводят к изменению давления.
